With regards to callers calling in about stuff thats not released yet, how is it different than what is going on currently? If this post was not made, customers would still call in.
If the end users would perhaps, CHILL THE HECK OUT, and just bide their time till rogers releases the phones in question, it wouldn't be so bad
Releasing a ROADMAP is just that. a roadmap to plan future phone purchases/agreements at a later, unconfirmed date. If Fido/Rogers can't get their online billing/website up to a reliable fashion, what are the chances of all of these coming out on time?
Yes Rogers could come after Hofo, will they not likely but you could get some exec who didn't get any xmas cheer and is made at the world and it only takes one to create problems.
One high enough and then you have to email/call the office of the exec and do some handholding to make sure he's happy.
On contract terms and responsibilities and getting the right information:
When youre talking about signing a contract for 3 years that will in the end may potentially cost you 20x X number of months you really should do everything to protect yourself.
heh the cell phone model (Nokia E71) that was used to take the pictures was left in the exif information... i know it's not damning evidence on who took the images, but if your gonna go thru the trouble of creating a new account you should probably wipe the exif. (Unless he/she was really smart and faked it!)
well i'm thinking limited people have access to that slideshow... leaving in the model of cel phone that took the picture probably cuts down the suspects significantly.
