vx8350 how to enter nam

i have lg vx8350 from Verizon how do i enter nam programming?

First, the easiest way is to just do the OTA programming (*228 option 1)
If that doesn't work, which I'm assuming is your problem then you'd have to dial ##program8350 (##77647268350), hit send.
The service code is six zero's (000000) and go to the first menu item listed. It should be called Service Prg. or something similar.

Once I get in to the programming menu of my VX8350, how do I navigate to get to nam2? I only see the phone number for nam1. Can anyone help?

The NAM2 programming is after most other settings in that menu. Go through the settings slowly so you don't miss it. It's the "Other" or "More" soft key after "Complete." I'm not exactly sure since I don't have any CDMA phones active anymore.
