I am receiving the SL55 hopefully by wed. I will do a little comparison when I receive it.

I actually ordered both the S55 for 320$ and the SL55 for 455$

I emailed them and they say I don't even have manufacturer's warranty cause their stuff is for export/import.

but u can double check w/ them...
