Bluetooth Tethering Problem on BlackJack II

I read a post somewhere explaining how to tether my PC to my BJII through a Bluetooth connection to get internet access anywhere I have a cell signal (I have an unlimited data plan). When I tired to follow the directions I get an error. Here's what I'm doing... maybe it's me?

1. Start --> Applications --> File Explorer -->
2. Navigate to Windows folder and click on Internet Sharing.
Here I get an error saying Can't find':MSINTERNET_SHARING' (or one of it's components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available.

I'm originally a Cingular customer who was migrated to AT&T when Cingular was bought. Not sure if this is relevant or not.

Have you upgraded your BJII to Windows Mobile 6.1? If you have and you are getting that error, perhaps you need to perform a hard reset because it sounds like something may be amiss with WM, but a hard reset should straighten it out.

What is the procedure for a hard reset?

Power off your BJII. Then press the DPAD in the UP direction and power on the phone. It should then give you a screen asking if you want to perform the reset.
