guys, this was just done tonight from Verizon and sprint.
still looks good for a 22nd launch for TELUS. TELUS really doesn't announce this type of stuff. We should all know that by now, let's stop asking this over and over. it's annoying, and anyways, most of you will end up not buying it anyways, like the same group who were all over the storm saying they were on it like a fat kid on a smartie when it was getting ready to roll out, and then when it came, "forget it, it's too expensive", "dont like the sure-press", and etc..
Old Talk To Me $25 /100daymin. / unlimited incoming calls / 100 Ldm / free unlim ev/week @6 / free CID VM10 / free 100 text / $15 ul data / $250 off Pearl => $25 + 15 +tax + SAF = $53 or so.

Telus tends to post the phone the day it becomes available with no pre-release info. Sometimes they do a coming soon type of teaser like with the Storm but thats the exception.
They may do a coming soon box on the website in this case just because they want to have some kind of response to the new minor revision to the iphones.
Looks like June 16 was some kind of NDA embargo date from RIM since all those pages are going live at the same time. Would not be surprised to see some official hands on type of reviews pop up in the next day or two as well if that's the case.

We think everyone should be able to afford a wireless phone. That's why we were the first wireless company in North America to offer pay-by-the-second airtime, and why we don't charge an activation fee. NO scary contract to sign. Immediate national coverage. And a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Yes, it's finally time to get a wireless phone.

Im thinking that tomorrow should have some great full reviews online!
i know Telus pretty much never puts out any phone ahead of time, storm was pretty much a marketing opportunity.
My only other impatient question is:
why is the phone listed as having wifi on the BB site?
Under the last heading, wireless network. I hope they fix that... as well as a few other features that were different that was listed on that Bell sheet. http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices...6&products=906
Im defiantly looking forward to the new battery though! 5 hours talk time! WOWZA...

I think alot of it is EVERY time TELUS does a "pre" Launch like they did with the Storm they get burned by deleys, by manufatures rushing products to market when they should not be launched, and by Verizion and Vodaphone buying all the stock that RIM Can make and not leaving any for their little Canadian Cousin!
But that's just my theroy....

sprint pricing 200$ on a 3 year thats either a good thing or bad thing. good cuz it will potentially be the same price here. bad if its more which is usually what it is ocmpared to u.s. 3 year price im hoping tleus does something smart at 149$
