Is anyone else having problems with Viaero blocking email. I thought it might've been something I did so I reset the email settings on my ot-800 but all I get is server connect errors and I know that they are correct as it used to work. Also now I can no longer view youtube videos on my phone. It was like just all of a sudden they all quit working about a month ago. I might just have to switch carriers if this is how viaero is going to do business.
for those who are following this. I contacted CS and they said try to hard reset the phone. Done, nothing new. I swear they are now blocking ports or something. My phone use to work perfectly and now half of the features that are on the phone do not work anymore.
Hey Hal - We had a network issue with the emails on certain phones but didnt think it would affect the tribes. Send me a PM of your phone number so I can reset some things on my side then I'll have you reset the phone afterwards. When that is all said and done it should be up and going for you. If its still not working for you, I may be able to swing up that way today and get your phone fixed at the Columbus Store if you have time.
I'm a new customer to Viaero and just had a quick question. I have a nationwide plan with unlimited web browsing. I know I can make calls from anywhere without roaming, but are there roaming fees with data? thanks.
some of the plans have changed... what type of plans are you looking for?? PM me you info and I will get you a price with tax per month.
I am interested in the general direction that Viaero's calling plan portfolio is taking. The plans that have changed -- such as the Snap and Blackberry Lite -- are hinted at, but are not shown in any sort of detail on the website.
The regular plans don't seem to have changed at all since I first created this thread. Viaero needs to update the website and while they're at it, streamline the plan offerings.
