I live in the albany /glens falls ny market. I just called the store and was told if you get a discount on accessories it will apply to this.
In my case I get %25 on accessories so I can have this for $187.50! Thats half the price of the cheapest quality repeater setup.

The light (LED) shows network activity/traffic... when it blinks
If I can find an adapter I plan to test it with a Mobile antenna this weekend, if not, as soon as I can get an adapter...

Yes my bottom WAN light continues to blink as well no matter what. Get this it will continue to blink when I unplug the modem. There is something wrong with my unit I think. No data whatsoever is going through it and it does this 24/7/

I haven't really looked at the details on this yet since I could not get it. I had no idea that it would boost any VZW phone and they did not have to registered to it. I could just buy it and attach on my folks account but use it at my house. If thats the case, then I will do that. Ready to yank down the repeater I am using at home now. I am happy now.

I have a local place that may carry it, they have quite a variety of adpaters... Will be going tomorrow morning to check... after that next step will be to see if I can put my AMP on it

Yep I am sure it will work fine, just like if you had it on yours and your folks came over to visit, u would want their phones to work too... (for example)
I was told by a vzw rep that even prepaid work, apparently by someone here pageplus... Since you can have it open or priority on 50#'s it would only make sense

Mine does. Keep in mind, that is showing your location, not the location of the tower.
Also, I figured out the 850/1900 readout. It's at the end of the "Id/Ch" row. "CLR" means 850 and "PCS" means 1900. Hope that helps.

Has anyone been having problems using the phone while they are surfing the internet?
on mine, it works fine unless someone is using the internet at the same time, the what I hear gets broken up, the person I am talking to says they hear me fine.
I have DSL at 1.5 down, 897 up. I am upgrading to the 7mb down, not sure if the up changes or not. It takes my company 3 days to upgrade your speed.
Does anyone think this will help. Verizon says what I have now should work fine, but it does not.
