Seattle T-Zone user on a N1 here. Stopped working today. I was using wap.voicestream before, and I tried switching to internet2.voicestream with no luck. Sigh.
Time to get a One S and a data plan when that rolls around, I guess.

3 Months Later, I've found a solution. Apologies if this exists elsewhere, but I didn't see it anywhere.
Before you begin, write your IMEI number down somewhere.
THIS PROCESS WILL DELETE YOUR IMEI. To the best of my knowledge, it can only be restored at a service center, and I don't know if they will even do it. This could brick your phone for all I know, but it worked on mine.
That being said, this will allow you to use any data plan with the T-Mo SGII (t989). Works perfect with mine, which previously could not access data.
Now, for the actual process:
- Enter Service mode [*#*#197328640#*#*]
- select COMMON
- select NV REBUILD
- select Erases three partition! (no, that's not a typo. whoever created this menu does not speak english)
- Reboot Phone
- Signal will take ~60sec to load on the first try. Recommend using APN of epc.tmobile.com

Hey guys, now that my N1 is officially dead, I'm thinking about getting the HTC Panache. However, the wiki says it can be tmobile branded. Does that mean it's safe to get the MyTouch 4g (Tmobile version) instead?

i'm worried that galaxy nexus will get blocked at some point. is tmo going to get it soon? i can't seem to find anything about that (my search terms must not be correct). i haven't even had my n1 for a year yet! grrrrr.

Can anyone confirm if t-zones is working still on other smartphone devices? (3g speeds or 2g speeds)??
My nexus one is down on t-zones (SF bay area). I'll just leave data unchecked until I wake up sometime tomorrow morning and pray it works then, if it does work, then i'll post back here.
In the morning I'll try to cycle through the APNs epc.tmobile, wap voicestream, internet2 voicestream and see what happens.
