Sprint Cust. Care will usually credit you half the overage charges the first time you do that. After that, either watch your minutes or up your plan so you don't go over anymore.
Oh and be very nice. They don't have to credit you a dime, but if you're nice and respectful they will almost always do it.
if you call before the end of your cycle you can buy bonus minutes 5$ per 100mins buckets.
