Is there a simple way to convert digitally recorded tv shows to a file that will play on my new SE W760i? I have used the search feature and it looks horribly complicated. There was a link to a website a HF user created, but it appears to be gone as well as the poster. I downloaded his M3 program, but it wants the codec files!?! I don't know where to turn.

Can anyone point me to some useful information? Thanks,
