You can go directly to the Pharos website, http://www.pharosgps.com/default.asp, to purchase one of their devices. Didn't delve around there today but I did notice recently a deal involving some kind of a discount on a 2 year T-Mobile contract.
My antenna is smaller than yours
The device is not currently being offered on the Pharos site.
Without 3G, it is still pretty pricy - even if you get the 2 year discount.
