    Hey,

    I was wondering if there is anyway to get an Iphone flashed to Metro.

    Has anyone done it ... And if Yes HOW???

    MetroPCS uses CDMA technology while the iPhone is a GSM device. The iPhone will not work for MetroPCS, just as it will not work for Verizon or Sprint.

    my first wish would be iphone on a sero account $30 a month for unlimited data, text and 500 daytime...makes me happy in my pants thinking about that

    Actually, it will work. I read an article online that Metro PCS would allow you to use any phone with there service, so I went down there to ask. The lady said I could use any phone, including the iphone, but some of the features would not work. (GPS, Web, E-mail, Everything that makes the iphone cool, etc.)

    No it will not work...the lady was wrong. Either she was misinformed, or she's an idiot. The correct statement is the most CDMA phones can be flashed for metro now. If the phone isnt CDMA, it aint happenin.
