This is prolly a good idea. There seem to be more and more these days, especially with Boost. Maybe make it a sub-category?

If you are tired of Boost, sick of poor text messaging, and generally want to rant then I have news for you!

In the future any rants about your service or changing service or issues you have excluding current customers will be moved to this forum or deleted.
We already know there are issues with text messaging. Please try to focus on the positive in this forum or post your rant about the service in the appropriate forum.

Same time, I'd encourage the mods not to be too overzealous in moving stuff to the Rants forum. Long-running issues (like the text messaging delays) benefit from exposure in the main forums, since we can all share experiences and experiment results there.

There is a nice clause in the rule to help with that VCI.

Yes, you are exactly correct; That is the proper place to put rants. But I feel it should be a subset of "Boost Mobile" so that it can be referenced easily. Globing them all together is almost as good as creating one called garbage and sticking it in there (granted, rants are roughly equal to garbage).Originally Posted by martin_j001

I think that writing up a detail post about the texting problems with boost and giving it a good title and placing it as a sticky would probably be enough and say here the info we know texting has a problem discuss the problem and then say if you wantto rant go to the rants forum. That way potential customers can read if they wish about the texting problem and they can make up there own mind. Which out having a bunch of childish rants.
Since some people seemed to think the title of this thread meant to post your rant about Boost here, the thread has been closed. This is a rule, just like the other rules of HowardForums.
