I debranded my TM506 following the wiki. I did that in June and I recently connected my phone to the computer and SEUS told me there is new software for it. Should I download and install it, or would this install T-Mobile's version of the software?

Still off topic -- I can't remember which one it was, but this picture of the DF 688 looks a lot like it. http://www.cellular-news.com/phones/..._DF688.jpg.phpOriginally Posted by TeeJay3800

Go into the service menu on your phone by typing:Originally Posted by samus250

Then select Service info\Sofware Info
What is the firmware that is on your phone? It should start with either R3CA or R3DA.
It's possible Sony Ericsson have release a new firmware for the TM-506
Software is R3DA030, but I don't know to what software SEUS wants me to update. Should I post all the other details on the software info screen? Thanks.
you can dl the Customize file here, with partial T-Mobile settings.

rename to Customize_upgrade.xml
I just downloaded the latest SEUS yesterday. Then tonight I hooked up my TM506 to SEUS. It has R3DA030 as well.Originally Posted by samus250

"Your phone already has the latest software (R3DA030)"
What is the message that your version of SEUS is telling you?
