I was wondering if anyone had experience in project management as it pertains to commercial construction... I need some information specifically about the PERT/CPM method. I'm familiar with how it works, but I need maybe a sample or something from a real world project, that shows me in essence how to plan my project.
When and in what order to do things such as electrical rough-ins, plumbing, HVAC, etc., etc.. and when they will need to be inspected. Obviously, I would want to finish my electrical work, and begin finishing the wall, seal everything, and then have to open it back up for an inspection or something.
Anyone that has any insight into this would be a big help.
