Cases for TM506

I just ordered a TM5-506, don't have it yet.

Does it come with any kind of case? If so, what is it like?

What other cases have people found good for this phone?

Well, I'm sure there are hundreds of the universal pouch type case, that the phone would fit in.

I'm wondering though, is there a "stay on" case available for this phone? I mean the kind you keep on the phone when you use it. Of course then, the part covering the keypad and screen has to be some kind of clear plastic, probably leather for the rest, with holes for microphone and speakers, earphone jack, etc.

The "stay on" type case has to be pretty much be made specifically for the phone model, unlike the universal pouch type. Are there any for the TM-506? Anyone here tried one or more (if they exist)? Recommendations? Links?

The TM506 does not come with a case.

This is the case I use and I am satisfied with it. It seems to match your requirements. Not sure if it is the same vendor as the one I bought mine from.

I'd prefer a case that can be returned if I don't like it, not true for most Ebay retailers. If it was cheaper, I might take that chance. $16 for an Ebay noname case does not seem like a good deal.

It looks like ths258 provided you with a recommendation on the case that he uses. No need to get an attitude on him because he was trying to be helpful.

I use a great case for my TM-506. However, since you're so proficient at doing internet searches, I'll let you figure out which one it is.

It wasn't clear to me that he was recommending the same case that he uses. As the one linked to is a no-name case from a no-name vendor, and the poster wrote that he did not buy from that vendor, it isn't clear to me that this is the same case.

But yes, I'd still be interested in seeing other case recommendations, especially of the stay-on type I mentioned. I'm sure there are others who would be interested in seeing them as well.

you can use whatever case fits EXCEPT
some magnetic flip case, if the external display lights up when you take out, don't buy it, because magnet can cut the call off when take it out

Yes--as I said--there are probably millions of universal pouch style cases that will work. I'm sure I already have a few.

I didn't notice that. I'll check it out. Perhaps they'll have it also then in a local T-Mobile store, so I don't have to pay shipping.

Yes, I see many kinds there, although not really the kind I asked about.

I'm curious though--anyone here tried clip-on clear crystal case, for only $3.99? What is it like? Does that case stay on when you use the phone? Does it add a lot to the size of the phone? How protective is it?

Also, what about the silicon skin case, also only $3.99? Anyone here tried that?

I just looked at it online, on T-Mo web site. It does look nice.

Quite overpriced though, at $25!

Anyone tried the Eforcity silicone skin? Can't beat the price, but I don't know if it's any good.

I was going to order the clear case from eforcity, but the shipping was more than the actual case! any one order this case? any recommnedations on this or other cases? I usually carry my phone in my pocket, and so far, have not scratched it. I make sure nothing sharp is in the pocket. But would like a clear case or something to clip on belt, small and non-intrusive....
