I've been using this since Monday. The 8900 would be perfect if it had 3G. That's the only problem I have with the 8900. It doesn't have 3G. I couldn't take an actual picture of my 8900 because my camera's battery died. That was taken with the 8900's camera and it isn't bad.

Keep in mind these speeds were typical when AT&T first deployed 3G, at least in Houston anyway. I'm not defending T-Mobile or whatever, but it's not far from where AT&T started is all I'm saying. Also, we've got HSPDA here in Houston too (allegedly) and you can't get anywhere near 2-3Mbps. Yes, it's faster than the T-Mobile results I posted above (not much), but it's nowhere near what you're quoting.

That being said, T-Mobile waited too long to get into the 3G game and now they have to play catchup if they plan on competing with the big boys.

EDIT: I'm actually thinking about canceling T-Mobile (I'm still within the 14 days) and going with Cricket for data. It's $20/month less, has similar data speeds, and seems to work everywhere I travel. We'll see what happens. $12/month/GB ($60/month for 5GB) just seems kinda steep to me, especially since it's more of a luxury than a necessity. Or maybe I'll just cancel mobile data altogether. I hardly use it anyway.

Yep, that would be more logical, either Cricket or Nothing. Maybe AT&T (Depending if you travel)

Just ported most of my lines out of T-Mobile and over to Boost (and some back to AT&T... If Boost doesnt work out then Cricket will get my business. Sorry T-Mobile, maybe later we can hang out.

I don't know one way or another for sure, but anything I've ever seen has been for 18yr olds. 21 should be fine. If it's not it'd be pretty ridiculous. If the DMV says its so, it must be!

    Nice looking bike Lol0y!

In Pennsylvania, as far as I know, that restriction applies no matter how old you are. In PA, it's that permit riders can't ride after dark or have passengers.

In your state, it might be different.

Be sure to check out our Bikes section if you haven't already:

My first cell plan was with Cellular One (circa 10/94). It was $49.95/month for 100 LOCAL minutes, voicemail was $4.95/month extra, and it was an additional $.10 to per call to call a landline. No "nights"! - only weekends.
Now: Nation 850 (total of 4 lines): Unlimited M2M & N/W~$79.97/mo. No landline since 1/05!

    Right now I feel:

Nice 250, now if Kawi did that to all the older looking models, they would have some winners for beginner to intermediate riders. As for night riding, I suggest to try and stay away from doing so as much as possible. Are you in the California area maybe central valley?

They already "did that" to the Ninja 650r:

    (2008)

    (2000 or so)

And the 500r is most likely going to be retired after the 2009 model year.

That 09 looks cool, but I was talking about there 500cc bike. I would buy there 500cc just to "putt" around town. I'm more interested in Aprilia's Dorsoduro or maybe there automatic Mana 850.
