OK, so I'm trying out an 8900 and went to set up some e-mail accounts on the BIS site. I used the link in My T-Mobile (boy, do they pay each time someone clicks on it, it took me FOREVER to find) and got to the page where I enter an e-mail address and password and click Next to begin setting up the account. Only problem is, when I click Next NOTHING happens. Click, click, click, NOTHING. It's not that the page is waiting, in the status bar at the bottom all you see is "Done" (i.e. no reaction from the clicking).
I've tried this in two versions of Firefox and IE7 and on two different computers, same deal. I can (and have) set up accounts directly from the handheld but would like to use the site because, among other things, I'd like BIS to use OWA to get to my School account.
I seem to remember (from when I had T-Mobile a while ago) that I would run into this non-responsive issue when trying to log out of My T-Mobile, which was no big deal. Is anyone else (has anyone else) experienced this with the T-Mobile BIS site?
Any info gratefully accepted.

OK. Thanks for the info.
I'll try it at School today.
Nah, just tried it again from my Office.
Dead-in-the-water when I hit Next.
Oh, well, as long as it works from my handset I'll manage. But it's hard to believe that no one else is having this problem. Maybe T-Mobile just doesn't like me (wouldn't blame them).![]()

No longer working for me. It is weird, as if the button isnt even working.Originally Posted by slowfox
It seems to be a browser issue.
Firefox V 1.X and older IE work, FireFox V3.X and IE7 don't.
Go figure.
This may or may not be your issues (djfantom and bryanharig) but I have done my work on the T-Mobile BIS website with an older IE browser.
FWIW.
Thanks to all for taking the time to respond. It got me thinking.![]()
All I have is Safari here. I have a windows machine at my parents place, I will try remoting into it and using chrome or IE tomorrow.
I can't do it from the newer Safari Beta browser I use on my MAC.
I either have to do it from my office PC/notebook which run XP Pro with IE 6 or directly from the handheld.
