Sidekick 2008 MMS/Picture Messaging Problem

Ive had my 2008 sidekick for about a month and i have yet to be able to receive or send picture messages. It keeps sending me the text from the "333" number and tells me to go my tmobile pictures online to view it.
Ive read that youre supposed to send yourself 2 picture messages to let the mms server know that you can receive picture messages, but thats yet to work.
i dont know what im doing wrong or what i can do to resolve this.

Part of the issue may be from who you are receiving the pictures from. If it comes from an outside source (not t-mobile) and the pictures are too big or in the wrong format, they go to the online album.

I know it sucks. MMS has really only worked reliably for me when I was going from Sidekick to Sicekick, or Sidekick to non-smartphone. Receiving from Smartphones never worked for me.

You can call customer care too to make sure you have MMS enabled. I had to do that a while ago when they first enabled MMS.
