Can anybody here verify that a Motorola Tundra VA76r can be unlocked?

All phones can be unlocked, provided one has the unlock code.

In this case, your best bet is eBay. That's where I got my unlock code for my last phone. I think I paid $10 or so.

    Motorola Tundra VA76r Unlocking

I just got a code from somebody on Ebay. I think it was a 16 or so digit string of numbers. I entered that and it was unlocked.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a "free" way to get an unlock code for new phones. When I say new, I mean phones made in the last 5 or 8 years.

It's $10 on eBay. They send you a code with instructions. It's easy peasy.

If you're not comfortable giving a stranger your IMEI, you can buy a prepaid Visa giftcard, then find an online store that offers unlocking services, use that prepaid credit card to pay and that's it.
