    Plantronics Voyager PRO headset?

Has anyone picked up this headset yet? How is it? Looking to buy a new headset for my iPhone.

It showing as "New" on the Plantronics web site for $99.99.

I'm pretty happy with my Plantronics Discovery 925 so probably won't upgrade.

The store was ringing one up, but they were asking $120 for it. The site was putting out 4/23 as the date when I checked out their promo site last week.

The 510s are sweet units, this looks to one up the 510 if one can deal with the boom. I can deal with the boom.

Voyager Pro uses proprietary charging cable

I just picked up the Voyager Pro from Best Buy for $99. I haven’t used it yet, still waiting for it to charge. I just wanted to comment that I’m a bit disappointed about the charging interface. From the few pictures I glanced at they had seemed to use the common mini USB interface for charging. However I was mistaken; it is unfortunately a proprietary cable. I have probably 10 or more of their Voyager 510 chargers and now I’ll need to keep track of yet another cable. WHY!??!!!

Anyway, the form is pretty close to that of the 510 and the ear gels are much softer (also not 510 interchangable). So the Pro is as comfortable if not a bit more so than the 510. Now hopefully it will come through on the sound quality.

I have the Jawbone 2.I own a convertible, and when the top is down, wind noise is just horrible. Was just trying to see if there were any better heatsets out there. Jawbone 2 is great when the windows and top are up,not so great with them down.

You drive a convertible and want a bluetooth headset that won't make noise in the wind?

Perhaps one that comes with a helmet?

I'm a big Plantronics fan btw. Voyager 855 (stereo) ftw.
