HTC Touch Diamond (Bell) no sound just light for 3 rings

    Hello all,
I have a problem with my HTC Touch Diamond from Bell.
When someone calls me, he hears 2-3 rings and I don'T hear anything, jsut see my keyboard is blinking. Then after the 2 or 3rd ring my ringer starts ringing.
I saw some threads on the net with SMS Problems.
This is annoying, since i mostly miss calls because of people hanging up.
tried it with other networks like Fido or Rogers and their cells ring right away.
    - I tried playing with settings, all volumes are up.
    - I tried to change ringtones (no help)
    - I tried moving to areas with 4-5 bars (no help)
    - I tried calling from 2 different landlines/cellphones (no help)
    - I tried contacting Bell thinking it's a network issue (big no help)
