    W490 frozen

    I was charging my W490, placed a call during charging no problem, sent a text, no problem. Received a text back, the screen froze up when I opened the phone, and when I went to read the text, I couldn't open it. I can press any button on the phone and there is no response UNLESS I remove the battery, then I can turn the power on, just to have it freeze up again and all buttons are non-responsive. AGAIN. Any ideas what's wrong?

    Mine has done the same thing. Obviously a problem with Tmobile. Hope they plan on giving me a new phone!
