Hi I got a verizon phone off ebay and when I got it, none of the data was deleted. So I deleted it all (contacts, messages, phone history, ect). I noted there were lots of messages on the phone originally, (like over 300 saved messages). Took over a minute for the phone to delete them all.

I notice now when I get a text message and hit the ok button to reply, the phone laggs for about 2 seconds or so. Just very annoying. The only time it lags is when I reply to messages.

It has firmware newc_01.09.02 and I did some research and I am confused. Should I just do the customer update to version NEWC_01.19.05P and give that a try, or should I re flash the phone with a monster file, then do the customer update?

If I should do that, I dont know what monster file to load. Should I install VRZ_V3m_01.05.0AP or should I install the NEWC_TO_COMMON_BINARY_SW monster flash file?

Any help would be appreciated!
