I have a Samsung SCH-u740 cell phone.

Is there a way to disable text messaging and photo/video taking? Or is there at least a way to limit it to people on the address book?

In fact, is there a way to lock the phone so that you have to have a password to call anyone off the list (besides 911), to text anyone off the list, etc? Sort of like a kid's phone that the parents want some control over???
