motorola v3c not working

I downloaded the info to get on internet and now phone is screwed up, showing a bunch of numbers . CAN ANYONE HELP?

I think you inadvertently put your phone in test mode. If it still rings and can dial out (but you can't see what you're dialing), don't panic. It's not broken.
