They should keep it that way. Maybe if they see more and more customers activating old phones, they'll keep it that way. I just told my friend about it and now he is probably going to activate.Originally Posted by pimpsuprazx

wow that's pretty crazy.... sux for dealers if they don't even pay us a dime for that time spent to reactivate....
This is good for the consumer and MetroPCS .Dealers should get something from Metropcs for doing this .

i've seen a lot of issues with this showing the customer still owes 11 on their account. i know why, but basically call them up on every reactivation until they figure out how to fix it.

Actually we still make our cut, but I'm keeping a spreadsheet of all my reacts so when we get our check I make sure we aren't getting raped.Originally Posted by mrwireless01

This, along with ASAP, has certainly made reacts easier. I now don't need to demand that customers leave their reacts with me for a minimum of an hour to make sure they get done, I can do them on the spot, charge them for the bil, and away they go.
exactly, just be sure to tell them after you post the payment, if the phone gets shut off, they need to call metro directlyOriginally Posted by kendogg41
