Sidekick Timezone wrong for SMS messages

I've got a Sidekick 2008 running on the Fido network which shows the times on SMS messages as four hours behind. The time zone is set correctly in the settings.

Any ideas why it would be doing that?

Post in the Danger forum. The OS was not created by Sharp. Sharp only manufactured the phone itself

Yep- you don't get to come here to ask questions unless you have a REAL Sharp. Personally, I'd sooner eat raw cat than use a Sidekick.

I had a roommate that had a side kick once..... it was soooo noisy that one night when he was sleeping and he left it on his desk I opened the door and threw it into the hallway and then I went back to sleep. Good old dorm life.

I am guessing you didn't know how to turn of a SideKick at the time?
