Im Still Waiting......has Anyone Activated A Instinct Successfully On The Cdma Side, Just By Calling In And Giving Them The Dec? I Have A Htc But My Wife Is Dogging Me About That Pink Instinct. Please Let Me Know So I Can Repurchase This Phone And Get It On Boost.

SPRINT PALM CENTRO WORKING! I have been trying for about 2 weeks to get this working. Most of the time I will get a rep that tells me it can't be done. Then yesterday I found a rep and she told me she can do it but my phone was still attached to Sprint Account. I still owe sprint over $1,000 (long story). Well I called Sprint and told them to cancel the phone off my account cause I was trying to sell it and they said ok it will take affect the next day. So this monring I woke up. First 2 reps told me I couldnt do it. Then the 3rd rep activated it immediatley. Internet wasnt working at first so I called back and they did a simple data update that took 30 seconds. NOW EVERYTHING WORKS. UNLMITED TALK, TEXT, AND 3G data ALL FOR $50 A MONTH. This is great!!!! And its great service, not Like T-Mobile when I had the sidekick I could barely use it anywhere. With BOOST I always have full strength singal. I LOVE IT. Can't wait until you BoostBerry guys get the PIN/Blackberry Messenger working, thats when I'm gonna go ahead and invest in a 8350? (But maybe not, because then I would be on iDEN? Right? and that would be that real slow data service right?) If so I'm totaly saisfed with what I got now. Also I actually have a Blackberry Curve CDMA right now, but it is Verizon branded. Is it possible to use this on BOOST?

No Verizon, only Boost & Sprint branded phones. Only way is to clone a Verizon to your Boost which is illegal and can't be discussed here.

^ SEE now THAT is what im talking about..... Someone that had patience and got it done..!!! CONGRATS to u man..!!!

now if everyone else on this forum trying to do the same thing would learn from this above post and follow the simple steps and take the patience needed, then it would happen. But some of u guys are trying to get the easy way out and NOT reading this thread thru to find out what is needed to get a sprint phone on boost cdma.

Are you sure it's 3G? My TOUCH goes to connect EVDO and after a while it drops to 1X, no idea why...

I have switched from a Highnote to a HTC Touch Pro with handsfree activation over the air and Sprint TV premier, Sprint radio, Sprint navigation, everything is working! Just a reminder, don't activate at night, activate your phone during the day.

When you call in to boost & activate,let's say a "W385" & later change handset's.When you call back & tell them that the "W385" is no longer working,what do they do system wise,about the "broken" phone?In other words can you activate the boost phone,swap to the sprint phone,then sell the boost phone?Or are you stuck with it.
