Your phone has an IT Policy on it. Go to this link for instructions on how to remove it.

Check out the Direct-Connect list on http://www.boostcentral.com and you can check out our PDF "How-to" guides as well!!!

    Help with MMS please...

Ok, I still cannot receive MMS, even after I changed my IMEI on Boost Mobile's site.

I have unfortunately forgot my username and password (I also signed up with a fake e-mail address) on mms.nextel.com/mms, so I cannot disable forwarding of text messages to my e-mail account. However, that should not effect me actually receving them on my phone, should it?

WOW, now that I can can send text messages, I have no way of checking to see if I can receive them because I cannot access my account on mms.nextel.com/mms! AHH!

Sucks to be you. Without disabling the forwarding it won't work.

Okay, one time when I was setting up my Sprint.com account something wasn't working right for me or I was immpatient as usual, so I made a second account with my same number. I realized that I had screwed up b/c there was no way for me to tell which one was going to be linked to my phone number. Long story short, I got on Sprint.com, found a way to chat with a representative, and she was able to delete my number off of one of the accounts for me.

The point of my whole story? Try calling Sprint or chatting with them on their site and explain that you can no longer access your account. Don't make a big deal about being a Boost subscriber, let them figure that out for themselves. They should be able to help you.

    OR

Try creating a new account using your same phone number. I THINK that will remove your phone number from the first account, but it takes 24 hours. But there has to be a way to handle this for you.

amysharren, thanks for the info, I'm going to try both.

When I updated my IMEI on my account on boostmobile.com, should I put my sim in a normal phone and do a master reset? The 8350i does not have a typical master reset. Thanks.

You should start a thread in the Blackberry section of the forums (here) and post the details of how you are not able to remove the IT policy. Post what the issue is and see if you can get some help there.

Have you read the rules lately? They're usually in a sticky at the top of the page.
If you have a problem with a post for any reason, please report it rather than responding to it, and a moderator will be along shortly.

Question: I followed the FAQ and everything works great on my 7520 but when I leave my phone for a long period of time a notice that my boost mobile certificate has expired pops up and it wont download my MMS. When I click OK on the notice it will download all my txt messages but they will all say "***Not retrived yet***" and never download correctly!

Please help! It says my certificate expired on June 11th so how do I change the date to a date in the future?

I keep loosing all internet access today. It goes in and out. I cant even open opera mini on my 7100, let alone send a text or recieve a Gmail email notification. Anyone else experiance this? Am I going to have to reload the service books? Thanks
edit: It keeps stating "This program requires a working data connection. Please check your signal strength"
    Signal strength is just fine...
