Can anybody help?, I have a 8350i changed to boost, I owned an i465 with boost, bought this BB from the only owner and he used it with sprint, took them to a place qhere they "flash" phones and my BB is working, there are a couple of things I'd like to try and solve before going back to my old phone: I can make and receive alls, access internet and send texts, can not listen to my voice mail, this is the main issue, if I try to check it it just rings and rings, so far I haven't been able to open youtube videos or any video trough my phone, and google maps is very slow to refresh or locate my position, not mention that my internet speed is as slow as it was with my old phone. I am not sure if I can access programs like word, excel and pdf on the go, since the phone is flashed.
I guess i could live without many of this things as long as I can access my voicemail, can anybody help??

    Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8350i/5.0.0.807 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/103)

Sounds like your call forward settings or wrong. You need to call boost and get the local voicemaiL number for the area associated with your number. Then go to call forward set to conditional then on the if busy,no answer, unreachable etc.tabs put in that voicemail number they gave you and save it. Then dial and call your number. The web is a lot slower on boost than Nextel , because on Nextel with bis service the data is accelerated and compressed thru rim's server. Mine loads and displays web pages just as fast and sometimes faster than my Tour on Sprint with 3g. On boost I wouldn't use the native browser much. Download opera mini 4.2 its extremely faster. Youtube won't work because of the data speeds chosen by sprint. It use to work when WIDEN was enabled but they shut that down. You have to use wifi for youtube

Hi, I got my 8350i working (as far as you can go when you use it with boost), now I am trying to install shang mail, to have email, but there is an issue, when I got the phone it did not come with the installation cds.
I am at blackberrys web page, found the "blackberry desktop software v4.6", when I get there it asks what do I want to download, there are many options that will resume to 3:
1.-Desktop Manager 4.6.0 B27 Multilanguage - (with or Without) Media Manager
2.-BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers ENG (DM4.6 B13)
    3.-BlackBerry Device Manager ENG (DM4.6 B13)

Now, my questions are, do I need all of this if I want to be able to transfer lets say music, files or install programs from my computer to my phone? Would the fact that I have a boostberry affect any of this if I install this programs and hook my phone to my computer later?

    All help is appreciated.
