I heard the Phase 2 launch (everything south of WB, [Mountain Top, Hazleton] and all the areas surrounding the current 3g coverage like Dallas, Bloomsburg, etc. was supposed to be this summer, we'll see.

AT&T should get moving on the Poconos area. That is where most of the tourists go and they will have their iPhone 3Gs with them this July.

AT&T aughta get moving on EVERY area. Here in Altoona, it's either blazing fast EVDO and crippled phones from VZW, or poky old EDGE and the more-open network of AT&T.

University Park got 3G just a few months ago. AT&T will probably start working down 220 & I99 this year.

I should have said all the areas that DON'T have 3G, like Dallas, Bloomsburg, etc. are supposed to launch later this summer. Basically all the areas outside of the Valley and Scranton don't have 3G, but they are supposed to expand the footprint to something similar like EVDO on Verizon in NEPA.

with the way 3G has spread in the valley and surrounding areas so quickly...i wouldnt be surprised if you had it sooner than later...

I'm gonna be picking up that 3G iPhone next month and don't want to miss out on the coverage that I'm paying for anyways...
