Mostly I just wanted to say thanks to all who have given usefull info. Is the PP Proxy still really buggy? I will have this phone activated tomorrow (lg choc 3), I just was wondering if there was any recent feedback.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but have you tried OTA programming? If it were Verizon branded, like THIS ONE, that should be all it would take, but if it is unbranded, it might take more than that. This thread is really about getting the correct WAP settings on dumb and feature phones.

Those weer the WAP settings given to me too. Does anybody have the APN settings? I have place to edit the APN but WAP. What's the difference? Are they interchangeable? Any way I can reverse engineer the APN using the WAP?
