    Reseting Sidekick iD to Factory Settings

    I just recently got a new phone on Verizon and canceled my Tmobile account. I am not left with a Sidekick iD that I'd like to sell online, but before doing that I want to make sure I remove all of my personal information and data from the device. How would one go about doing this? Is there anyway to restore to factory settings so it deletes all my contacts and personal info or will I need to go through everyone one by one?

    The simplest way to do this is to hold the R button when powering up your phone. Hold the R button the start up your phone. You will see your normal start up screen, then it will restart and do it all over. Once that first cycle is complete you can take your finger off the R button. That should do a soft reset for you!
