Does anyone know the best way to unlock Nokia 5800 on Cincinnati Bell Service

I have a Nokia 5800 xpress music that I need to unlock for att/ tmobile. I have seen remote unlocking sites for the tmobile version 5800 but cannot find a code or method to Unlock the 5800 that is on the Cincinnati Bell Service. All help appreciated.

What carrier is it locked to cause it isn't sold locked in the USA as no carrier sells it and also not sure that Europe version will work if it isn't a quad band phone

Well, the OP did say Cincinnati Bell Service. It's listed on their Web site as a phone they carry. Fancy that!

Cincinnati Bell in Cincinnati Ohio is the only carrier in the USA.
