Theres a Android emulator for when you're developing applications, maybe look into that?
Android Market has quite a few apps, the question is how many of those will be useful to you, a lot of pointless stuff out there but thats to be expected![]()

So, I've been reading about Android for quite some time and I was really excited about the G1 when it came out but I never did get one, it seemed kind of rough around the edges basically and so I decided to wait. Anyway, when the screenshots leaked of the "Rosie" interface it finally looked good with some nice eye candy and so Im wondering if this is the OS that the "MyTouch3G" will run when its released in the next month or so????
Is there any good sites that have good previews of where the OS is going?
Anyway to see all the apps on the Android appstore without a android phone? Kind of how you can browse the iphone apps via itunes.
Ive been using Blackberry for the last year or so and its nice but I need something with more 3rd party apps and with better web browsing capabilities.
Thanks in advance.

that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.
From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates
who promise the most benefits from the public treasury,
with the result that every democracy will finally collapse
due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship”

I'd say if you're more accustomed to the blackberry ..then just download the blackberry apps store... there are similar applications through there that you would find on the android market. The android is good, if the "google interface" and "linux" are the sort of thing you like. Neither the Magic nor the Dream compare to the blackberry in terms of the OS and email. More intuitive interface (concerning email) on the latter platform. I picked up the Magic and sold my bold. I love the thing.. but I haven't figured out how to get the email to notify me in a similar manner as the blackberry as of yet
you can browse the apps in the android store here:
