I was looking at those exact images and at the leaked ones... and the device on the right in those images fits the look of it. just a little thicket than a razr... or a lg dare... seems like there is separation there for the slider...

Could be the HTC Desire that there is like no info on, but they are working on it.
As for the game changer device I'm going to guess it will be the first Andriod device running the snapdragon chip, but that isn't coming any time soon as far as I know.
Guys engadget just confirmed that the phone on the left is the Vzw's version of the Hero (same internals but will be called the HTC Desire and has different layout), the phone on the right is the sholes and if they don't show it off at motodev, i will be upset because the only picture of a production sholes device is that of the top of the phone . Even then, the new color of the device is very sexy and it looks insanely thin.
Wrong, you are reading way to much into that statement.
I'm not saying some Android devices won't have some VZW stuff, but as far as the Sholes goes it has google Maps on it as we have seen from the screen shots posted many pages back in this thread.
You need to keep in mind there are 3 forms of Andriod VZW can use. And depending on which is used will say what the device will pretty much have. And being Sholes is supposedly a google experience device it will be fully Google/Andriod as the terms do not allow customizing/removing Android features. It also says the carrier or mfg can not change it, and or block any content from the device.
Do you have any scoop on the other Android phones VZW is considering by the end of the year? The Sholes is the only one getting much attention in these forums. I thought I read that the Samsung Android was going to have 32GB on board and the HTC may have the 1 ghz processor. I can't find where I read that so I may have it wrong.

Only other info I've gotten was an HTC should be released by years end. No clue on any Sammy, and for the 1Ghz HTC not this year it won't be out at least the last I heard it won't be
Not sure but think about it. Earlier today they announced that 2 phones will be coming to verizon that will run android. The one facing the photographer is one we aren't sure about and the other clearly doesn't look to be the same so it must be the sholes. Why hold two phones that won't show up on verizon's network any time soon?
