Looking forward to those pics... I don't really care for the OS screens because it's running Donut, where it's already been semi-confirmed that it will run Eclair on release.... Unless "someone" has an Eclairized version

I agree. I haven't seen a phone built like the v9m in a long time. After having it you can really see/feel just how cheaply other phones are made.

I have but not one the public has seen, it is one of the best phones I've ever owned.

yep yep, and it for sure is. Nothing compared to say the Q9m or Q9c IMO. It literally blows them out of the water for build quality.
