BGR just posted an article saying that the sholes will be carried at sams club. it has a nice small picture of the non red d pad and also an all black qwerty keyboard.

Does anyone think that the Calgary is the rumored keyboardless Sholes that we've all been hearing about?

Nope if anything the keyboardless device will be the Flash that was talked about earlier this year. Originally it was thought to be a WinMob7 device, but then word traveled the project was canned. Now word is they are working on the keyboardless version again. So at this point who really knows

It will be very interesting to see what day this phone releases. Because we all know how tied Verizon is to their BB's and they will want to give the Storm 2 every chance to succeed.

True, but I am willing to bet they drop both around the same time so they can head into the holiday season with a brand new Android device and a brand new BB device so they span across the entire smartphone market with something for everyone.
If they announce this week at CTIA, and it doesn't disappoint, I for one, will be buying it the day it drops.
If its an underwhelming announcement, I am going to get a CDMA Hero for sure.

I wouldn't be suprized to find out your correct. I am currently a Storm user and put up a poll over in the subforum to try to get an idea of who would jump to Android when it came out.. most of the people that voted were sticking with there storm or going storm2 only about 14% said they would go to android. The BB faithful will prob remain as such atleast till there is some hands on info to go with... I for one will be jumping day one.

I personally like the chin because it gives your finger a nice little groove to slide the screen open.
Instead of having to push down hard on the screen and slide up.
