my friend, myself and many others are wondering the same thing, if i were you id stick a close eye on this forum, as well as androidandme.com who will be there giving live updates..

Of course it's possible. It's also just as likely that it won't be announced tomorrow.

When can you pre-order the phone? Is Verizon going to have a pre-order page online like they did for the Storm?

We're not going to know if it can be pre-ordered until after the official release announcement about the phone.

havent heard much regarding this, considering there are 800,000 sholes in a box in some warehouse im assuming they will take pre-orders.

My best guess would be on the verizon site.. would that motoroladroid.com possibly be used for pre-order or is that something that wouldnt affiliate with verizon? i doubt that website was created for the sholes, probably for their list of android devices there putting out..

All i know is ill be online 20-30 min before the clock strikes midnight on the day before it becomes available for pre-order waiting to submit my order ..

The storm isn't dropping on the 14th, its in green which means advertising probably begins.

It says target 10/30 for the sholes and its in red. You would think the red means target launch. Guess we'll find out this week because if its not announced at these conferences, it sure as hell isnt coming out in the same month.

Why would you assume no pre-announcement means it's not coming this month? HTC Touch Pro 2 launched last month with somewhere under one week of advance notice by VW.

Just to point something kinda obvious out.....

If you look at the schedule for Motodev, why would they have such an emphasis on developing for Android smartphones and across multiple carriers when only the CLIQ has been announced hmmmm?

I would expect to see the S/T/D announced tomorrow

IMO for a phone that is so anticipated and on as new a OS as Android, I would just think they would give more time for it to gain mass recognition.

I would think this phone is a little more WOW worthy than the Cliq and thats got a bit to go until release.

and i also agree its weird they wouldnt want an android device out there asap...its not like htc and windows phones they know the business users will eat up..only time will tell now tho..
