nice! wow, i've never anticipated the release of a phone this much. maybe the storm, but this one is shrouded with so much more mystery....makes the wait that much more intense. LOL

I personally find it hard to believe that any of this info was accidently 'leaked'. I don't really know how any of the other pre-release threads went, but this one started in June of this year, but has blown up to probably almost 30 posts per day lately as the supposed release date gets near.

I am thinking that the marketing guys at Moto and VZW are closely watching the excitement here and elsewhere in anticipation, as well as how well this thing tests out. If I were in marketing at either Moto/VZW I would have probably done the same thing. And, if it were me, I would probably start some (very short) TV commercials on Thursday without anything but a brief picture of the device and a "Tao" is coming message to add to the mystery.

I agree with you but that apparently squashes the in store sales at the moment and then the BB Storm 2 would also be a deadbeat launch.

very nice wnrussell! If you think you could ever show off the front of the device/keyboard, you would be a godsend. If not that is fine but can you answer one questions "is there vzw branding on your phone or is it a prototype?"

It has the same branding as my earlier post however I can't reveal the new DPad or the QWERTY ATM.

OK, I modify my opinion to say I wouldn't start these little tiny commercial 'leaks' until after the BB storm 2.

But, when it comes down to it here, none of us give a crud about any BB, HTC, Nokia, LG, or any other device. Just give us the next Moto!
