y2kss66, your theme is absolutely perfect! you've introduced a new level of customization that was never before seen on the likes of devices in the Voyager and enV series!
I downloaded a SWF Editor, in attempt to create my own theme, however, the entire program could be described as....beyond me.
I think that for now, the best themes would be those that emulate the layout of other popular devices; Windows Vista theme, Blackberry theme, Mac OSX theme; there are tons of possibilities.
If anyone is interested in making such themes, I'd love to help in any way possible, whether its finding images and / or designs.
it would mean finding a way to reference them, if the programing choice is in the FW, then it can't be changed, without cooking/creating a NEW ROM OS
something that has NOT been done with a verizon BREW-OS feature phone,
AFAIK.... ( nobody has claimed the ability to it, or publicly shown any examples of doing it.)

damn...i mean, all these themes look AWESOME....but it's like, you have to just choose ONE, then when you want a new one, pick that one and put it on. i really hope all you hacker guys can figure out how to be able to add them all into the phone! but other than that, great work so far, atleast you're getting somewhere, ya know?? i'm sure it'll be in no time before someone gets it!

you are much more acquainted with phone software than me, but i'm assuming that the answer would be more of an "UNLIKELY" than an "UNKNOWN"
considering no one has figured out how to add flash games besides replacing the tip calc, world clock, and animated backgrounds, we can assume that no one will figure out how to do this either. to me its the same concept.

i'd love to be proven wrong though
your right its EXTREMELY UNLIKELY, but i said Unknown, because who knows ? there is a minuscule chance

I haven't tried these on my demo Touch (since it isn't mine), but has anyone looked into making a replacement theme for Modern Retro? The thing that bugs me about the Blue Inspiration is the way it divides icons into 3 sections and you have to move them around. I find the Modern Retro theme faster, since it shows all the menu icons at once, and you can "swipe" between sub-menus (which the Blue Inspiration theme can't).
wondering if there is a way to change the internal screen theme...its not flash so Im sure its not possible without some hex editing. Ive been looking at the filesystem and i cant seem to find anything related to the internal theme. If anybody has luck finding it, let us know!

I don't think so, the Blue Inspiration is the only .swf in the folder. It looks as if it was added later to the brew. Where Im sure you might be able to find the icons to the Modern retro but its as if the verizon firmware was built from it.
