I verified your statement and I totally agree that BOOST is leaving out a lot of account activity that they used to show/include in the report.

I recently noticed that when I am logged into my account on Boost Mobile that when I go under Account Activity, it just shows SMS, MMS, and PTT. I go back further in my account and it used to also show outgoing and incoming calls with phone numbers and call time.
Did Boost decide to cut off the call detail for phone calls? I mean, I like this feature!

I saw that, and I was thinking, either include all details, or no details, but not 20 pages showing me everytime I got a twitter or facebook update..
I think if we made this more popular and got a lot of people to call and complain Boost may flip a switch and put it back. I mean it was included before so I don't see why its a problem now.
I've used the BOOST contact-us link to complain/ask for them to restore the features.
The more the see the request them more apt BOOST is to listen.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I called a rep and they said that this was taken away because its helping them improve the service. But I dont think thats the reason. They said eventually nothing will show up, only any calls that we are charged for ( ex: international calls)
That is a feature that I always use and now not able to use it. Its only showing multi-media messaging. Which I guess is text messages.
This was a very good feature and we need to complain OR they could just give the option to customers that want the feature.
I didn't have it with cricket, and it did not make a difference. Unlimited is unlimited, why count... You just want to spy on your wife eh?.

I actually like to go in every month and view my activity. Trust me, it helps when you are trying to remember when and where you were at certain times. I also use this phone for my business and alot of my outgoing calls I make, I dont save the numbers, etc. So i go back in get the number off of this site.
I dont use it alot but at least I use to have that option.
Also, does anyone know if we can use nextel.com to view our information. I tried logging in and it did let me, I had to give them my four digit pin. It allowed me to set everything up but it wouldnt let me get in. I read somewhere that this is possible and you can even go into nextel. com multi media messaging and it will allow you to view your text messages on line ( for us that cant use our cell phones at work).

Yes you can use your Boost phone number to login to Nextel's website. Their website has lots of features to do a few tweaks on your Boost account.
NOW Sprint/Nextel is aware of it. Which is why you have a 4 digit PIN for Boost and a 6 digit PIN for Nextel's site. You can register on the Nextel site but you cannot login because it wants a PIN that has a minimum of 6 digits. Now I heard from the grapevine that the 6 digit minimum is page realted and that people have made their own login page and used the 4 gitis and it worked but I am not sure if this is true nor do I know how to go about it if it was true.
So no, you cannot login to Nextel with a 4 digit PIN.
I really dont care about the online thing as long as my service is getting better, and texting has improved a LOT!
But yes it was a nice feature, even though I didnt use it much. Maybe they are upgrading the system and needed to take down some things??

Along with the reason as to WHY this is going on.
I wish BOOST offered an option to get full Detailed account activity as an add-on plan feature.
Access to call details is very important to me . I am sure that that they keep call details regardless of user access .
