Call Detail on Boost Mobile website

Online access to call records ( incoming and outgoing voice and text ) is important to me . I have emailed Boost CS a request to make the availlable .

I really dont care about the online thing as long as my service is getting better, and texting has improved a LOT!

But yes it was a nice feature, even though I didnt use it much. Maybe they are upgrading the system and needed to take down some things??

Many of us are willing to pay for this feature. It is a feature that BOOST provided for free in the past.

This i have said myself, but a good fix would be a phone like a blackberry which has all the past phone #'s stored in it. And i would think if you are using this as a business line (for those who are using it for business), you would want a business phone.

This is just a suggestion to those who need a quick fix to this problem.

Hey if they want to pay extra for it, i say give it to them so they can keep the cost of service down with the extra money they make.

Give the people what they request if they want to pay for it. It can only increase your profit.

I just checked my "account activity" no problems here.

Click one of the entries. It no longer displays the phone number of the calling/receiving party.

My guess for the removal is that someone pressured the company to remove call details since it listed the phone number regardless of whether it was blocked or not.

This may not be important to some but important to others. And honestly, I have seen a change in service but I seriously doubt that its due to taking away our account activity log.

I have my main service with Alltell and I use this unlimited boost mobile for my business phone. Yes, its a good service but again, I would pay a lil difference to be able to review my account activity for I look at this constantly for business purposes. I'm always making calls and forget #'s etc.

Yes, its a prepaid service but think about this, THEY were doing this before. Its not like we are asking them to add a feature that that have never had.

I agree with all of the customers that plan on asking boost for this feature back or even give us the option to pay a lil bit extra for this feature. It can be an option.

If anyone has any luck with this, keep posting. If its not important to you then we understand, but if it is, keep posting to this thread and lets see if we can get some assistance with this.

Bosst has stated to don't use this service as a business line... if you want/need a business line get the nextel unlimited for 99 dollars
