now here's the fine print: I don't have the box or the papers.

there is no scratch or dent or anything. the phone works wonderful, (if you are into the touch screen stuff).
but it has a noticeable flaw that when i press hard on the bezel on the left side of the screen, i can hear plastic cracking, well it's not really cracked/ing, but the noise is annoying.

phone is in Sherbrooke, qc. pickup can be arranged for MTL. other place will have to ship it, $5 shipping to Canada or $10 to US. granted it will take more that that to actually pack and ship it, and will be well packed and tracked.
