New iPhone 3GS and iTunes user here (using a PC).
I register for an account and get to the send a verification email portion but do not receive an email from iTunes.
I've tried this with a couple of email accounts as well as selecting PayPal and 'No Pay' options.
Obviously, I'd like to get it set up to work with my iPhone.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
OK, I have this sorted now.
Apparently, it takes HOURS for the iTunes store to send the verification message to your email box--at least it did for me. I applied last night around 8:00 PM and didn't receive the verification message in my email box till this morning around 7:30 AM (that's almost 12 hours).
I guess so many people are signing up for the iTunes store at this time things are bogging down.
Just a heads up for anyone else having this problem.
