memory card issues

I recently Bought an Htc touch and a 4gb memory card , I synced my audio files to the memory card but now when i open Wmp on my phone there are path problems or ill update my library and it will only have 15 or so songs , is it because of the memory card or the WMP its self - thank you

Try back up content of memocard,then format it in the phone.Restart and then transfer your music.For faster transfer use MASS STORAGE connection.
