I'd like to uninstall vxSync from my iMac. Can you help me with that? Thanks.

I am running Macbook with 10.6.8 and an LG Cosmos 2. Can I get some help? I have tried loading vxsync - various versions but get "vxsync unexpectedly quit" . Tried opening it in terminal and got the following:

All the links for vxSync in this thread are dead. Is vxSync no more, or is there someplace to get it? If it works for my env touch and Mac OS X Mountain Lion I'll gladly donate to the developer. Please, I really want to sync this POS phone with my Mac Pro!

That is the latest version I had on my Mac before the developer stopped making updates. I assume that's the latest version as I was frequently checking for updates when I had my enV Touch.

I don't know about this phone. It has one deal-breaking flaw: when I need to enter a number during a call, the screen is ALWAYS black. It goes off when I hold it to my head to talk, but then it never comes back on, lol. Must have been some genius who came up with that design.

If you are talking about the ENV touch, your phone may have a problem. My ENV touch always turns the screen on when moved away from my head. I had the same problem with my previous phone, Motorola Krave, the touch screen never comes back on - it pretty much renders the phone useless in many situations.

That's good to hear, I'll see about exchanging this phone. Maybe I'll just get an iPhone, but those monthly fees for smart phones really bug me.

I don't remember that particular problem with that phone...

It's probably just a faulty proximity sensor. It detects how far your face is from the phone when in a call but obviously it's not re-detecting that your face has moved.

Get the iPhone. You won't look back.
