    W350A and W760a

My wife is in need of a new phone and I may consider changing as well. We both have the W810i and really like them. Never had any issues until recently which prompted for the change. Charging issues with my wife's and it is not the battery nor is it the charger.

We do not want to spend a great deal for new phones and looking at our price range I see the W350a and the W760a. Frankly I really like the features and specs of the W760a and it kind of feels that the W350a would be a step down.

I was wondering if there have been any known issues with the W760a or even the W350a and opinions on which one is better (even though it seems the W760a is better).

    Thanks

the w760 is a great phone full featured and all your current accessories will still work with it. If you want a bad as camera phone the 905a will be out in a few weeks

I upgraded from a w580i to the w760a. The main difference is a better camera (2.0 MP up to 3.2 MP), built in GPS with voice activated addressing, SensMe feature which matches the back light and key pad light to the rhythm of your MP3 file playback, Cellular Video app for smooth playback & quick downlaoding of short videos and movie clips, and Geo Tagging of photos. You give up the pedometer, but gain an accelerometer which enhances internet browsing, photo viewing, and gameplay.

I've had the w760 for over 2 months now and it's an awesome phone. So far, I haven't had any problems with it. As for the w350, avoid it as that flip cover on the front is very flimsy. Almost every store I go into that has it on display, the flip cover has snapped off.

I would definitely say that the W760 is better than the W350, the huge price difference says it all....

The W760 has a better camera, the music quality of the phone is up to a good standard, battery life is also good.

I believe the phone comes is three amazing colors -Rocky Silver, Fancy Red, Intense Black, you can get the red for your wife & the black for your self.

I've owned my w760 since april and i love it! It is a cool phone and i'm posting this reply from it! The camera is amazing and the sucker has over 500 songs and still keeps up with my insatiable appetite for music! I kept it in it's att form for a month to see what i liked and didn't like about it. Then i "freed" it from it's att prison and it was a whole new world. You get free gps and free music id(great for those "i like this song. Who is it?" moments). And since i like to go running, i use the tracker program to see how far i've run and what my current pace is. It even gives you an overview of your route! Battery is great too! I play music all day (or whenever i can) and hardly ever run out of battery by the time i plug it in at night. I say go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Does it have a Symbian OS v3?
Motelska: Please explain what & how you've "freed it from ATT prison."
