Where can I Download PC Sync or other software for XV9900?

I am trying to find PC SYnc or other software to get into my Env XV990o to upload videos, music to use it as an MP3 player, update, change addressbook, create ringtones, etc. Anyplace I can download this and related unlock applications?

The main software that is really generally used for most of these kinds of things around here is BitPim.

I downloaded the Beta version and it works great except for 2 things:

1. The only option it gives me when I use the "add ringtone" option and select a file is to convert to MP3. That's all the pull-down menue has and Versizon seems to only use qcp formats (MP3s won't play as ringtones on thephoen when loaded into the ringtone directory.

2. Whe I try to upload a video and select videos from the pull-down menue, it does not show any of them that I have on my computer...

I really like this BITPim but those and especially the ringtone converter does not work for me with the verizon phone... Maybe I'm just doing something wrong....
